To be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be in their original condition, with the original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

In case you choose not to replace a damaged, faulty, or incorrect order with a new product, you can opt for store credit.
Store credit is valid for six months from the date of issuance and can be used for future purchases.
If a product needs to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, we will reimburse the complete shipping costs for both dispatch and return.
Please note that shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.
